Why is the 1282 cc a higher # with less accesories than the other 82 series? Thanks in advance.

Basically it replaced the 1250 which was built until 1980. The 82 series came out starting 1979 with some models (482,582,682,782,982). The 1282 came out in 1982 and ran thru 1985, mostly sold by IH farm dealerships. It was then replaced by the 1210 and made until 1989. The 680 ran from 1982-1984, is the same tractor and mostly sold by Cub Cadet dealerships.
