The wiring harness on the 460 gas I am restoring is getting pretty raggy. Where is a good place to get a new one close to original as possible with correct color coding? TIA |

What timing!
Brillman.com
I just got a new wiring diagram for my FIL's 450, and it came with every wire a different color so it could be easily tracked, every terminal numbered, and a couple of sheets describing where every number should go.
See my topic 3 posts below yours. The order of the posts in my topic is messed up, but you'll be able to follow it. When I first posted pics of my FIL's wiring, there was a chorus that mentioned Brillman, and I wasn't disappointed. He's easily available by phone, too, if you run into questions.
What might be pertinent is if it's neg or pos ground, generator or alternator, voltage regulator or not, stuff like that. |

CaseIH sells those harnesses, no more expensive than aftermarket. The colors are correct, put one on my 460U 6 years ago. |
