I don't think a hand clutch was ever an option on a 44 just the 55's.

If you are referring to the hand clutch for the LPO it was an option.

Its a 44 orchard im not sure if all orchards had hand clutch or not but i had mine out and pops cleaned shop out one day and hauled mine to scrap yard i about cried i aint had any luck finding one yet
