I needed to change the gasket where the steering column enters the steering box. Came apart ok but I don"t know what I did, new gasket made and in place but I can"t get everything to go back together. Thanks |

Steve, there is a oil seal in that housing that probably need replaced as well, there is a thick spacer washer at the bottom of steering shaft that has to be in place in order to get shaft into hole in housing. You will have to turn steering wheel as you are installing and tap on end of shaft alittle. |
