Just took the head off my allis b to replace head gasket. Between two cylinders are cracks. They run from one cylinder to the next.I read once that you should just ignore them . Any comments would be appreciated |

Quite common to have the crack between cylinders on the top, it becomes an issue when it's on the bottom where the sleeves seal to the block. |

No problem as head gasket will seal to raised (.003) sleeves. |

Your talking about a crack that is barely visible right ? IF it starts to open up and is 1/16 inch gap and getting bigger, you then have a problem. Small crack with ho real gap will be sealed with head gasket as mentioned. |
