I don"t know of a john deere diesel with 4.5 bore,but the 318 perkins as used in the massey 1080/1085 etc.,does.I have no idea if the compression height or pin bore would be what you need.

Thanks for the info, I'm just building a puller and wanting some high compression pistons.
