I recently acquired a pre production 1919 Minneapolis 17-30. I don't know much about them but this tractor is clean and runs well, but has been converted to rubber tires. I was wondering if steel wheels could be found for this and also what the value of the tractor might be. Thanks in advance. |

early cross motors are good, the 27-42 seem to bring the highest prices and early short frame 17-30's next. The rubber is killing it probably 4-5k. Steel would be a hard find, but there are some of those tractor out there. Is the tractor in PA? There was a converted to rubber one in that area a few years ago. |

Thereb, is the ID plate still under the seat? If so, do you have a 17-30A, 17-30B, or does it just say 17-30? How many ribs does it have on the flat top fenders, 2 or 3? |

The plate just says 17-30. It has 3265 under it. The wheelbase is about 62 inches |

Thereb, if you don't mind me asking, where are you located? Likewise, I have a very close friend who also has an early 17-30 s/n 3696. If you provide your email, I will send you some pics and also his contact information. Thanks! |
