How do you dyno tune a 100hp + M? If the pto won't take it, how do you load it to tune carb and ignition?

The PTO in the average farmall m will stand 130 to 150 hp on dyno, at 620 PTO rpms.

THEY will stand it to 185 horse at 1760 rpm
