1950 cub 6 volt positive ground keeps eating points, have checked all i know. what do i look for next? thanks in advance. |

Coil with partially shorted primary, or a bad condenser, or a 6 volt coil running on 12 volts, or a 12volt coil for use with a ballast resistor running without one, or oil getting on the points during operation. Jim |
