After emailing this person who ran the ad 4 times in as many weeks, I got a response and went to look at it this morning... Come to find out the tractor has been sitting in that one spot for 25 years in the hot Texas sun. The tires, rims, seat, and manifold are all rotted away. Sheet metal wasn't bad, but the frame appeared like it had broke in half, as their were patch plates on both sides. He wanted to get $300 out of it, but I told him I'd pass. Then he only wanted $250 for it.. So, if anyone around central Texas is interested in a parts tractor, email me and I'll give you the info.
