650 nh baler

i own a new holland 650 baler and the rear door ALMOST comes detached( arrow start to go up) when i am baling. I looked at the sleeves which the door latach goes around and 1 turns and the other does not (i.e. these look like bushing) does this sound right any ohter ideas

On mine you need to make sure when you close the tailgate you actually apply hydraulic pressure in the down position to pull the latchs down again those pins and bushings that hold the tailgate shut. If you dont apply hydraulic pressure to pull those latches down the gate will push open when baling.
