Does anyone have any tips on methods to do the elbows when putting foam wrap on hot water lines? The pre-formed elbows are a couple dollars each, just looking for any more frugal methods that work OK.

Just cut the straight wrap @ 45 degree angle and you have a 90 degree joint.

Yup! Then just tape it up with Gorrilla tape to hold it closed.
