|
|
I bought an old 10' Sure Stand "L" from my neighbor. All the iron is there, but the seeder boxes (two split on 10'), and agitator shaft are pretty rough. The clutch need help too. Brillion doesn't make the parts anymore. Anyone know of a source for used parts for the SSL? Thanks |

Not sure, I've got a Brillion SS96 that pretty much everything is still available for, just takes a long time to get here. |

Just looked up the the SSL, it looks to be newer than my SS96, can you see if the same parts are used in other models? They had literally everything including the main frame available (cost was crazy on some stuff) |

Just looked, Messicks has a listing on the shafts, about 20$ each or so. I dont see the boxes though. They are pretty simple to make when you have the old ones though. There are a few around with taller home built boxes installed, about an extra foot taller and bent up from galvanized. |

Thanks, Ken. Where did you look up the SSL - at Brillion? I have the parts break down from a dealer's rep, that's it. Nick |

I guess I did something wrong when I tried the Messicks search. Typed in SSL, but nothing came back. Called and was told they couldn't help me. I'll try again - thanks! Nick |
