Does that mean that you have the pump and reservoir but you need just the nut, plate and filter that goes inside? or do you need the whole pump assy? There are two pumps on ebay now.

There were two different pumps used by Ford. One is called the sleeve pump and the guts of the pump fit inside the reservoir canister. The other pump has the reservoir mounted on top of the pump.

Actually, all I need for now is just the stuff that goes inside the reservoir. If that doesn't help, then I'll go for the entire pump.

Not that I have or know where any of this stuff is, but you ought to tell us which pump you have. Look at the previous reply that sescribes the two options.

Messicks shows the retainer assembly and filter element, so they are available new from CNH. They say to call on the other parts, which probably means they are no longer available, but might be worth a call. They often have some used parts, and great access to warehouses nationwide.

Another possibility is Strangers. They rebuild Eaton pumps and have some used parts available. It might be worth contacting them. Reasonable prices on rebuilding the pump also.

I looked at Messicks, and all I found was the pump with the reservoir mounted on the back.

Follow this link

http://www.messicks.com/NH/8454.aspx

Then click

Front Axle and Steering

Then click

03C03 Power Steering Pump, Oil Res......

That should get you there. I searched for a 661, but its the same pump used on a 8X1 and 6X1 Tractors
