What is the best way to tighten up the column throttle assembly on a 3010 gas? This one goes back to idle on its own due to governor spring tension. Something must be worn out, but I do not know what. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Open the door under the dash and tighten the bolt(parts key #13) on the brake lining

On a 4000 tighten parts key#21 or replace parts key #14 is worn badly.

Back the bolt off first as they usually twist off. TX jim has the correct picture for 3010-4010 tractors.
