Reg. gas is up to $4.50 + all over L.A. I expect it will be $5.00 by mon . Exxon refinery lost power for 2 days , Big Chevron Refinery up in Richmond (S.F.) has been closed for months by fire . Small Tesoro refinery near Bakersfield closed down. |
