How hard is it to change the Hyd Pump on a 135. It will barley raise up a bush hog also the Pto will not engage whlie the tractor is running seems like the clutch will not go all the way down. Any ideas?

The pump might not be the problem and it sounds like the clutch needs adjustment and/or replacing. Is the draft control lever all the way back when you go to lift the bush hog? If not could cause your lift problem. The linkage could need adjusting and there's a few other things that could cause lifting trouble as well. It's common to have to feather the clutch to engage the PTO. Engage PTO at idle to avoid potential bigger problems. |
