serial number tag was laying in tool box when i got tractor.are there same stamped numbers somewhere i can compare it to? thanks

Serial number was not stamped any where else and engine number is different. Look up year of your serial number plate and look for date castings on major to determine in the year model serial and date casting numbers are close to confirm your tag.
