I am looking for a D17 wiring diagram, Gas engine,12 volt with alternator.Local guy has one that he is having trouble with so I am trying to help him out. he fried the starter selenoid somehow and the points,I think he left the key on but he says he didnt. He has since cut some wires and spliced some others.I hate to work on something someone else chopped up but he needs the help.If anyone has one please email it to me if you can,Thanks |

What year/series of D17? Mike
Here's one for a Series III which would be real close for both the Series I & II too except maybe for the lights.

Wiring would be a bit different with an alternator. Is the D17 positive ground? |
