After having my injection pump and injectors rebuilt, I have a stubborn slow leak on the line on the pump side that goes to the #3 cylinder. I have no leaks on any of the injectors. I have the big style injectors. The JD part number is AR 34410 no longer available thru Deere. Would anyone know of any vendors where it may be found? I've tried using aluminum and copper rings and cleaned up the banjo. Thanks for assistance.

Have you checked any salvage yards?? It's odd that JD still offers the #3 injection line for an earlier SN 4020 but not the one for your tractor. AR26501 LINE,FUEL INJECTION,NO.3 ADD 158.79 USD

A good diesel injection shop should be able to make you a new line.

Try a salvage yard, the 4010 should be the same as a 4020.

Thanks everyone for your replies. When the lines were off I used 500 grit emory cloth and cleaned both ends of the banjos; they all appeared clean. I'll start checking salvage yards to see what is available. Tx Jim, I saw the other line in the parts catalog but it is for a lower serial number. Mine is 85465 I believe. I don't understand why possibly it would not work. So far I've tried steel rings and aluminum ring. Will be going to Columbus Diesel Supply who offer copper rings and will try that. Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated.
