Larry, I read and reread your post below and wanted to say there are many that have those feelings at one time or another. I lost my wife of 44 yrs last May and now I realize how lucky and rich I was. I am not trying to get pity, just saying be thankfull for what you have, many friends on here, a farm you like, and a great looking area, and a thank you for the pictures you put on here. I bet you have some great neighbors to.

I also have been thinking about you Larry, and having visited PA a few times , I think I would up sticks and move out to the farm if it makes you happier! There you are King of your Castle and the people round you will have respect and decency and not care what you have or don't have. Maybe this doesn't suit...but being a country boy, I would rather do my driving towards NJ and returning home to PA......just my thoughts....and keep posting the pics!

Larry,
First, keep on with the pictures, I really enjoy them. Second, youy know where real happiness comes from, it shows in your accomplishments. Those who seem so superior would be reduced to begging if they ever really had to take care of themselves. You have the ability and resources to feed yourself, they do not.

Larry, from the messages and pictures you've posted, my impression is that you have a better life than just about anybody I know. You have talents and abilities that make you stand out amongst the rest of us. The type of work you do can be seen and appreciated for generations. You have an appreciation for the land and it's bounty which is apparent from the pictures of the wonderful veggies you grow.
You may have "low" times when you think of the riches some others have, but, I'd bet my life, you are the better and happier person in the long run!
You are a very big asset to this forum and when I see a post from you I know it will be wonderful even before I open it.
Thank you for being an inspiration!
