Thanks Nutty, the pic on craigs list shows it in weeds and is very hard to tell what it actually looks like. The description brush disk is certainly new to me. Rod.

We had one of those on the farm. Grandpa bought it to clear land he had bought. I have lots of stick time on the little 310 dozer when it was new, and I was young, about 11; clearing thorn apples rocks and pulling the bog disc. We also had a traded in JD 2B plow with hyd lift that we plowed with after the disc. The LA and 4B centenial got stuck or clogged up too often. Same with the 311 RN and 3b BR mtd plow.

I bought a bog harrow, same thing as shown b a different name, from a local eye doctor that was trying to pull it with a $30K CUT Kubota. That combo didn't work too well! I haul mine behind my JD40C. They work but pull hard as would be expected. And don't try to go fast, slow and steady wins with these rigs. Speed things up and it get to rocking back and forth and does nothing.

I sure would like to have it to help fight the invasion of Autumn Olive trees trying to take over my buddy's hillside pasture.
