|
|
I have a MF 135 that the position control valve in not working properly. With the Draft control in the fully raised position, the position lever does nothing. I took the side plate and while I can see movement of the adjustment shaft from the position lever it is not moving anything with the pump. Also it appears to be stuck in constant pumping mode. What do I need to do to correct? |

I'm a long way from knowing what I'm talking about but a few thoughts to get you going:
1) if you haven't already, try the obvious like cleaning the filter, it's easy and can make a big difference.
2) if the pump's pumping and it there's enough (halfway decent) fluid then the next problem might by blown o rings on the stand pipe. Those are easy and cheap.
3) there are a lot of posts in the forum on this subject, it's well worth doing a search and reading them. There are people out there, unlike me, who really know their stuff: I was given a lot of good advice earlier in the year and got my hydraulics sorted (in the end!)
4) if DavidP gives you some advice, follow it!
Good luck ... |
