All Gehl Ag equipment is falling like a rock. Gehl has stopped making many of the Ag equipment parts already. Many of the parts are hard to get now. So even the later model stuff is loosing value fast.

I know of a guy that had a Gehl chopper that is only five years old and the bracket that holds the sharpener was obsoleted. His broke and we welded it but he sold the chopper as soon as season was over.

Many dealers around me are refusing to trade Gehl equipment in at any price. Many simple little parts are no longer available.

This chopper would not be worth much more than scrap price. I would say $300-500 would be my limit.

That an old one?? If so.... weight it and multiply by the local going rate.
As said, newish Gehl stuff isn't really worth much more than scrap value. I've seen some near new and very nice choppers on consignment sales for about 1000 bucks. Often times less. There's a few parts collectors gathering them up.

I don't know what they're worth exactly but I could use a hay head & parts for mine. I don't suppose you're in the Midwest?
