From what I found by googling and looking at 835MF and 1875 Gehl that baler was built by gehl for MF. That was a common Massey practice, Vermeer built balers for Mf early on and the new agco MF balers are Hesston balers. That said, Gehl is no longer manufacturing equipment and parts are harder to come by. Might post asking about 1875 gehl parts and see what kind of responses you get. I would be leery of it based on parts support.

Run don't walk away from it. You have two issues. 1) It is priced too high. Those balers are only going for a little more than double scrap value. $750-1500. 2) It is a Gehl machine just like Erik stated in his post. Parts are just about impossible to find. Gehl is trying to dump all the AG parts. They want construction and skid steers only. Been reading that they have stated that they will stop all Ag parts in something like 2015???
