Had the rear standard of my small bale hay wagon broken by SIL failing to corner and caught it on a tree. What"s the best way to put these on the back of the wagon? I have 2 4x8 oak runners sticking out and the verticals were bolted on. Is there a better way? These were too straight, and didn"t load well, will put a little slant on this time. Ideas? Thanks |

You didn't say what size the verticals/standard are.
Often a heavy piece of flat stock is folded into a square U and bolted to the end of the runners/bed pieces to make a stake pockets for the standards set in.
Clear as mud ?
