Check on line with BatteriesPlus.com. We bought a pair for my MIL's scooter from them last spring for 1/2 the cost the dealer wanted. Still going strong.

Oliver,
I would take the number off the battery and google it. Battery plus wants about 4-5 times what you may find one on the internet.

We replaced 2 batteries on my mom's for around $100 total. Sister found a place near Leesburg to do it. So look around.

If they are sealed lead acid batteries, they can be shipped without any unusual expenses (no hazardous materials charges).

One place I have bought sealed lead acid batteries from that is reliable is www.atbatt.com

The Interstate Battery stores have them. I helped replace two in an old friend's scooter. I am not sure of the Scooters brand. The batteries from Interstate where 1/3 what the factory OEM ones would have been. He still is using them after two years with zero problems.

I was told when my Mother got her Scooter that medicare paid for it and will maintain it. I was also told that you must be certified to do any maintanance, including battery change out.
