A friend of mine bought the contents of an old abandoned black smith shop on a family farm. We could not figure out what this was. I have seen one before, but do not remember where. There is a discharge hole on one end and the knives on the sides appear to be removable/replaceable. My thoughts were possibly for cutting up dried tobacco leaves for cigarettes or pipes since most people in this area used to grow tobacco as part of their garden.
