|
|
My recently purchased Ford 3000 has a leak
pouring out of the steering shaft area. I replaced the speedy sleeve and all seals. The power steering is fighting itself. A previous post recommended that I check the cylinder plumbing from from distribution block to the cylinder and also, unhook the ball joints.
The cylinders stayed extended and looking at an
earlier post, are hooked up correctly.
Does anyone have the definite tubing route,ex( top fitting on block to inside port of cylinder)?
Does anyone know the exact hole in distri
bution block that the castle plungers and two
ball bearings go in?
Does the ball in orifice screw, by return port to reservoir, remain solid like a plug?
How far does the spool move up and down in the
block? Is there a timing issue when assembling?
I thought I could bolt it down without the steering housing on it and observe.
Any information and diagrams would be helpful.
Thank You!!! |
