Hi everyone, I need some advice. We bought a 2670 with a bad engine and we are going to put a good 504 in it when we get it home. If we put the gear shift in neutral will it hurt the powershift if we have to tow the tractor. Also any tips or advice on towing a 2670. All replys appreciated |

Without pressure to the powershift, the clutches should not be engaged and will freewheel. Of coourse with the gears in neutral they should not turn.
The hardest part is steering while towing. The best way would be to disconnect the front steering cylinders and attach hoses to the tractor towing so you can use the hydraulics to steer it. |
