What do you guys think this 1850 is worth with 4691 hours, 2 remotes hydra drive 1968 model,decent rubber (50%) and loader. No major leaks/welds.

That's a clean looking tractor, even has power adjust wheels. If it's a diesel that's not a lot of hours and the Perkins 6-354 is hard to beat. Not an Oliver expert but I'd guess around $7000 give or take.
