does any one know about a 504 vermeer super I baler are they any good every thing on the baler looks to be in good shape has rolled about 3000 rolls been keep inside wants $5500.00 i need it to bale 500 bales a year for my own use will be a first time to bale for me need advice thank you for your help. |

That baler with the hydraulic belt tensioner is one of the best Vermeer made. The one with the extra little spring at the bottom of the big springs is good also,

Sounds like a sweet deal to me. I have a 505 super I and have baled at least 15,000 bales with it and have done nothing to it. Every bearing and belt is 100% original. It is always stored inside, and I believe that helps a lot. Nothing but good to say about it. Neighbor was in disbelief that I could put 118 bales on the ground in less than 4 hours of baling at his place a couple of years ago. |

Sounds like a good deal. I believe I would commit to that baler in the blind at that price. Normal market on that baler is $6500-$8000 |
