The A-6s I asked about yesterday have S/N 5603850A6 and 5612816A (don't know why there wasn't a 6 after the A on the second number).
I found the S/N tags easily after CNT and Ande location help. Thanks guys.
These are really basket cases and would be parts machines at best.

Hey Ron whats your location? I'm not interested in the A6's but i would be interested in that galvanised machine next to them. Can that be bought? |

both are 1952 models, the one is a "A" model the other is a "A6" model, I have yet to completely figuare out the differances between the two cnt |

Southern MN. These are machines at Farmamerica near Waseca, MN. I don't know about selling. I'll do some asking. I'll attach some photos of the galvanized unit. It's a John Deere, but not sure of the model.

If I remember correctly from pictures the galvanized unit was one of the first pickers...around the time of the GP. I don"t have any of my books at the house, but from googling it might be a model 10.

Ron, That's a John Deere ensilage harvester, the first silage chopper made by John Deere. |
