I appreciate everyone's thoughts and help.
There was a few replies to not take advantage of her, so we agreed on $800, though I probably could have got it a little cheaper. That'll give me a few bucks to figure out how I'm going to get it home. The tractor still even has the factory screen over the grill, perfect shape.
I am interested in any thoughts on the possible cracks in the castings, anything I need to look for and where?
Thanks everyone,
Tony |

I would check all the wiring over and make sure there are no frayed wires and all connections are clean and bright. Maybe a new battery and cables. Check the fuel,if old drain and repalce with fresh gas. A new set of plugs is cheap. Check all your fluids and change them so as to drain out any water that may have accumilated over the years. Check the air breather for possible weeds or mouse nests that may have taken up residence there.Check the radiator for old anti-freeze and rust. If the engine is greasy and you cannot see any cracks, you may consider a power wash to check for leaks and cracks.
I know it sounds like alot to do ,..but it is really just the basics.
Here"s a picture of my NAA after I went over everything and spruced her up a bit.
