That snot plow looks like a Dearborn plow and Arps frame. All the brackets are there. Nice set up for somebody nearby.

I was going to ask about a snot plow. Is that maybe used when you are close to a hospital that has an out break of cold victims and they need to plow the snot out of the halls??? LOL
