think i got the firing order right now,,, but the carb need to be rebuilt or replaced,,,where or who might know where i could a carb or kit for my oliver-cel-tract h/g 4cyl, hercules motor tx bob

Those carbs are pretty easy to rebuild if you have a kit for it. Had a OC-3 a few years back and did the carb on it with no problems. Still have a HG but it has an Oliver 60 engine sitting in it so it has a lot more power then the normal HG had
