What do you use for fastening the grill to a replacement radiator that has the 3/8 - fine threads instead of the original dzus fasteners?
thanks, |

You told us the size bolt it needs. Why don't you just go get 4 of them from lowes? If you wanted to keep the 1/4 turn fasteners you should have just taken the radiator to a radiator shop. The older radiator is more than likely of higher quality than the replacement. |

It might sound like smart-a$$ remark, but it's the answer.
You won't be able to re-use the dzus fasteners. |

Or,if you want them to sort of look the same as a dzus, you could use a 3/8 NF pan head bolt. |
