Massey 165 the former owner blew the head gasket and upgraded to a different tractor. Front End has been sold and rear fenders are missing. Lots of good parts.

Hey...I saw where you had posted on my thread where I was looking for the auxiliary pump setup for my 175. What days and times are the best to call? I work until 5:00 everyday so that makes it a little hard to call sometimes. Does that 165 have multipower?

Jason,
I will need to check on Monday to see if the 165 has multipower. We work a Mon - Friday schedule 7:00 - 5:00 but you can call me up until 9:00 Eastern Time and on the weekend if you need to. This tractor is next in line to be taken apart.

The reason I was asking is I was thinking that the multipower versions used a split auxiliary pump but the non multipower used a regular auxiliary pump. I can't find any good pics of the auxiliary pump setup to see what will interchange. I even have the factory 175 shop manual and it doesn't even have good pics. Do you happen to know what year that 165 is?

Jason,
I will check the serial number on Monday. We do have a 180 in stock that we will be parting out and that one does have multipower. I have the original MF Parts books for the 175 and 165 so when we dig into this project I will check to see if the parts interchange. Can you please email me a list of the parts that you need?

Massey Ferguson used several different auxiliary pumps over the years. My 1968 165 with Multi-Power and IPTO originally had a Cesna pump with a flow divider. That pump went bad. There was no rebuild kit for it. The replacement was a Warner-Motive dual pump. There were others too. You won't know what kind of pump it is until you see it.

If the 165 rear axles, housing, and stub axles will fit a '58 MF65, I'd be interested in both sides. My stub axle bearing are down..
