A friend told me they don't make gas tractors anymore, what was the last year they made a gas tractor? |

Depends on who "they" is.
Just a guess here but probably by the mid 80s gas tractors were a thing of the past.
Diesel engines are more efficient, more reliable, have fewer moving parts, have greater longevity and require less maintenance than gassers.
Diesels can also be turbo charged which produces substantially more HP than a naturally aspirated engine of the same size. |
