well we never had our fall plow day because of all the rain here in nj. after 3 years of looking for a gauge wheel for my plow i saw a hub for sale on eBay, bought it and built my own, now the plow is in storage and we are ready for snow. chuck |

My brother just poured a new concrete driveway, and he was thinking of usuing used tires on his bade to not tear it up. However yours looks like a piece of PVC pipe a good idea can you explain how you attached it? Also can you send some close up pics of it? Thanks,
Jim |

Ron, I wonder if i will need to add weight on the tractor now that i have a gauge wheel carrying the plow instead of the hitch and draft from the plow? thanks, chuck |

JohnDeereJimOhio, it stays on with no fasteners. i took a 2"PVC pine and made a skill saw cut in it and made an angle cut on one end to get it started over the cutting edge and drove it on with a block of wood and a sledge hammer. it stays on fine as long as you don't back drag with it. chuck |
