I found this harrow in the weeds while scrounging for tractor parts so cut the deal and brought it home. It seems to be in decent shape. A couple brackets are bent the the discs have been sitting in the dirt too long. It has small points. I've only ever seen drawings of it in my fast hitch implement manual. They seem to be pretty rare!?
What phase of working the ground was it intended to for?

Believe its a C-38 . Never saw then used where I"m from (Maryland),only one I ever saw came from Tennessee.Could have been used like a double disk, just overlap 1/2 each round. If used with a Super "C" or 200,may not have needed as much extra front end weight. |
