havent got my manuals in yet, did a 1953 DC-4 come 6V? and how much grease does the trans.- rearend take? Thanks

6V and make sure you use 2/0 battery cables, not new cables meant for 12V systems as they are too small to pass the current the 6V system needs to start.

Better yet, get your local weding supply to make new cables from 1/0 cable.
