i got a set of good year 16.9-38 tires on nine bolt rims. they are not the 45 degree tires but not a 23 degree either. they are on 9 bolt rims that the centers have been welded in but are around 40 to 50 percent of tread. some weather cracking on them. one is a power torque and the other is a traction torque. i would trade this setup for a pair of 14.9x38 tires on nine bolt rims.
