I don't work on anything mechanical for less than 50 an hour.

depending on how bad the machine is that I drag home.. it can sometimes cost me quite a bit an hour to work on them  |

I'll work for insurance, ive been working for insurance for many years now, and it goes up $1200 a month first of the year. So i'll likely have to get another job to pay for it! |

I work for about $20 hr for local folks I know. I charge $30 hr if he helps. |

$40.00 an hour for any work i do nice and easy to remeber been that price for 30 years wife says up the rate, |

I should qualify that by saying that I do help some folks I know just cause I'm a nice guy.....but if working for pay it' 50 an hours to turn wrenches.

Heck for 20 an hour I have the parts, one of my N's need the brakes and rear seals done.I've been putting it off!
LOL while working in retail I had a guy stand in line for a 15 cent adjustment for almost an hour. I told him if his time was worth only 15 cents an hour I'd hire him......he says "my wife made me do it"......true story!
