You asked how the DIst cap from YT here fit.
YTmag sells the A&I aftermarket parts and I got the one labeled for the orginal dist. There is also one labled for their aftermarket dist. also.
It came in and fit just fine. Even the "Made in England" markings were the same.
Only complaint, if you want to call it one, is the center coit terminal on the inside dangles from a spring and I felt I had to be careful not to break it off when assembling.
However, it seems to work just fine.

Thanks. I have had caps for other vehicles with that same setup. Can't remember which ones. Thanks for the review. Just for the archives, it was for a TE 20 Lucas distributor, right?
I just flushed the engine of vinegar and filled with antifreeze and water. I ran it and got it warmed to circulation. It puked a few times till it leveled itself and I put the cap on and ran it to see if it would puke again. It didn't so I'm ready to move on to the next stage. I'm spending at least a half of Saturday to timing and carb adjustments to see what kind of power it has.
