So my sons goats chewed off my plug wires on my 1850. I bought a kit and guessed at the wire lengths making each one a little shorter than the one before. installed them in order of firing sequence and started it. It has a misfire, double checked the wires starting with the front of the engine being cylinder #1 and they were as my manual stated. My question would be are the guesses on the lengths I cut the wires to causing this and would someone have the correct measurements? Help Please! |

Lochlan McIntosh, just relocate them in the distributer cap and leave them on the same spark plugs. chuck |

The wires were destroyed and lost when they did this. So I had no lengths to go off of. So I winged it on lengths. |
