Thats a tough question without seeing a picture and knowing what all was done to it..I see decent unrestored running 40's selling for $1000-2000...
If it had a motor rebuild,new belts,chains,bearings,tires,paint,etc the price could be well over $2000..

It had the works they say it has new tires and paint for sure l have only seen pictures
