I have found a Ford Tractor, 1700 that I am considering buying. I need to know what the lifting capacity of the front bucket. I also need to find a pair of forks that I can install either on the bucket, or in lieu of the bucket. Does anyone have any suggestions? |

That should be a model 770 loader, which has a 700 pound lift capacity. But before buying, take a good hard look at parts availability (and price)... I'd avoid any model from that series myself, unless it was absolutely dirt cheap. |

In the research that I"ve done since posting my question, I got the same warning about $/Parts.
I have taken your warning and eliminated that unit from my list...thanks for the advice. |
