If anyone has lead on a good complete FARMALL CUB BUZZSAW, that would be great....

Direct drive, not belt.

I just did a quick look. I seem to have most of the parts but the saw is not complete. I have the following:

frame pieces that mount to drawbar as well as the light flat-iron straps that run up to fenders (or floor board ?).

carriage that swings with log

right angle gear box

Foot long casting that connects right angle gear box to PTO

Missing would be:

saw blade (but I think it is around here somewhere)

Inner drive shaft (that could be fabricated with 15/16" splined shaft and coupling). Hub City may have that stuff.

However, I do have an operating Cub saw but it is home made and heavy. I have used it on some 10"-12" logs as it has a large blade. It is belt driven. I don't need it.

I am in Tewksbury (near Lowell, MA). Probably 70 miles from you. I tried calling you but didn't get through.
