I'm thinking he came up with it on his own- they said he had been watching his folks practice. The kid is obviously "musical"- was pretty much in time to the music, and did his pauses generally at the right times. Its amazing what kids will pick up by watching, especially if they're inclined in that direction anyhow.

Great video, John- If I was going to try that, I'd first make sure that my partner either had steel toed shoes, or a great sense of humor and a high pain threshold.
